OUR RETURN POLICY

Your total satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your package upon arrival to confirm your contents and if any possible damage could have occurred. You may return many of our items purchased on our web site within 30 days of the original Invoice either for Store Credit or an exchange for another product. NO CASH or CREDIT CARD REFUNDS on returned items. A credit for your returned items will be applied towards Store Merchandise. Perfection Car Care Products will not accept any returns after the 30 Day time period. All qualified returns must be in it's ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX, UNUSED CONDITION and contain all original manuals or enclosed paperwork for return. You must contact us in advance by phone: 858-279-5772 to receive a (Returned Goods Authorization #) No returns will be accepted without a RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

All Qualified Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
