RETURN POLICY

Your total satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon arrival. You may return items purchased on our web site within 30 days of the orginal Invoice for a refund or an exchange for another product. NO CASH REFUNDS on returned items. A credit for your returned items will be applied towards Store Merchandise. No reason is required but feedback would be appreciated. Detail Supply Outlet will not accept any returns after this period. All qualifed returns must be in ORGINAL UNUSED condition. You must contact us in advance by phone: 858-279-5772 or e-mail to receive an RGA# (Returned goods Authorization #) No returns will be accepted without an RGA#.

All Qualifed Returns are subject to a 15% restocking Fee.
